We Do

Using organizational diagnosis, we study the client’s existing business model and ascertain their future growth potential. Then we identify the business process gaps through bottleneck analysis and suggest strategic initiatives and action plans needed to plug the gaps. Based on the client's competitiveness, demand analysis, forecasting, financial planning, and risk analysis, we then strategise business plans and models. Next, we develop a milestone based road map for implementing all the strategic initiatives. Finally, we support the top management to ensure successful execution and monitoring through performance measures.

We diagnose, ascertain gaps, develop a business plan, and implement actionable goals

  • Through discussion with owners and key management personnel, we obtain data that helps us understand the client's business model and business process gaps. We then conduct a SWOT analysis to ascertain the product/service profile and human capital.

  • We analyse the product/service market combination of the target markets and potential future markets, assess the market demand of the existing and potential markets, and determine the competitive and comparative advantages of the vis-a vis competition.

  • Based on the diagnostic study (which includes gap and SWOT analysis, competitor profiling, demand forecasting, etc.), we identify the focus and challenge areas. We then draw up the key goals and strategic initiatives to be undertaken with a milestone-based road map.

  • We identify the potential risks of the business and draw up the risk mitigation plans based on the competition, regulations, business environment of the target markets, and quantification of such mitigations required.

  • Based on the projection period, we undertake revenue forecasting, operational costing, CAPEX requirements, accounting, and tax provisions. We derive projected financial plans including cash flows, profit & loss, and balance sheets with financial ratios and returns.

  • We develop function-wise key indicators and ratios required to evaluate and monitor performances using the balance score card tool.

  • Once the Strategic business plans are approved, we assist clients in monitoring target achievements through focused MIS, and KPIs, on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure that the client achieves the desired objectives.
